M-Sand (Manufactured Sand)

M-Sand is a type of sand produced by crushing rocks, primarily granite or basalt, to make smaller particles that are suitable for use in construction. It is often used as a substitute for natural river sand, especially in areas where natural sand is in short supply due to environmental concerns or depletion of resources. M-Sand is produced by crushing hard granite or basalt rocks using specialized machines like jaw crushers, cone crushers, and vertical shaft impactors (VSIs). The rocks are broken down into small particles that resemble natural sand.
M-Sand has emerged as a reliable and eco-friendly alternative to river sand in construction, helping address the environmental and supply-related challenges associated with natural sand. While it may have some drawbacks, its superior quality control, availability, and strength benefits make it an increasingly popular choice in the construction industry. As the demand for sustainable building materials grows, M-Sand will continue to play a key role in modern construction practices.

P-Sand (Plastering Sand)

P-Sand is a type of sand specifically manufactured and processed for use in plastering applications. It is similar to M-Sand (Manufactured Sand) but differs in its intended use, particle size, and texture. P-Sand is designed to create smooth and uniform plaster finishes on walls and surfaces, making it an essential material in construction projects requiring plasterwork.
P-Sand is a valuable construction material for plastering, offering a superior, smooth finish compared to other types of sand. It is specifically designed to create the fine, smooth texture required for plaster applications, ensuring high-quality wall finishes that are durable and aesthetically pleasing. As an alternative to river sand, P-Sand helps reduce the environmental impact of sand mining and is a reliable option for areas with limited natural sand resources.

Bluemetal 20mm

20mm Bluemetal refers to crushed stone aggregates with a size of 20 millimeters (mm), which are primarily used in construction, especially in making concrete, roads, and other infrastructure projects. Bluemetal, also known as blue metal or blue stone, is a type of crushed aggregate made from hard rocks, primarily basalt or granite, and is commonly used for various construction purposes due to its durability and strength.
20mm Bluemetal is a versatile and durable construction material commonly used in concrete, road construction, landscaping, and paving. Its strength, resistance to weathering, and reliable consistency make it a preferred choice for various infrastructure projects. Whether used in foundations, roads, or decorative landscaping, the 20mm Bluemetal aggregates provide high performance and long-lasting results.

Bluemetal 40mm

40mm Bluemetal refers to crushed stone aggregates with a size of 40 millimeters (mm), commonly used in large-scale construction projects where strong, durable materials are needed. Bluemetal, also known as blue metal or blue stone, is made from hard rocks like basalt or granite and is used in various applications, especially where a larger aggregate size is required.
40mm Bluemetal is a critical material in large-scale construction projects that require durable, high-strength aggregates. Its large size and ability to compact well make it ideal for heavy-duty uses such as road base construction, concrete foundations, and rail ballast. The strong, durable nature of Bluemetal ensures that it remains a preferred choice for projects where long-lasting, reliable materials are required. Despite being more expensive and harder to transport due to its size, the benefits in terms of structural integrity and longevity make it an essential material in civil engineering and construction.

Wet Mix Macadam (WMM)

Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) is a type of road construction material that is widely used in the construction of base layers for roads, highways, and pavements. It is a high-strength material, typically made by mixing crushed aggregates, water, and a binding material (usually lime or cement) in specific proportions to form a compact base layer for the road structure.
WMM (wet mix macadam) is a crucial material in road construction, known for its strength, durability, and ability to provide a stable base for road layers. Its use ensures that roads and highways can handle heavy traffic loads and withstand environmental conditions over time. The controlled mixture of aggregates, water, and binding material creates a long-lasting foundation for road infrastructure projects.

6mm (Chips)

6mm Chips for Construction & Paving Applications

At our APL Group Aggregate Engineering plant, we produce high-quality 6mm chips, also known as 6mm stone aggregates, used widely in various construction, paving, and landscaping projects. These small-sized crushed stones are precisely screened and graded to meet industry standards, ensuring consistent size and performance. With modern crushers and high-capacity screening equipment, we ensure every batch of 6mm chips meets stringent quality checks. Our material is sourced responsibly and delivered efficiently to your site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability. At APL Group, we provide high-quality 6mm chips crushed stones ideal for a wide range of construction and landscaping applications. Sourced from durable natural stone and processed to precision, our 6mm chips deliver both performance and visual appeal.

Scalpian

A Scalpian, also known as a scalping screen, is a key piece of equipment in any aggregate crushing plant. Positioned before the primary crusher, the Scalpian plays a vital role in screening out fine materials and debris from raw feed, allowing only the appropriately sized material to pass into the crushing stage.

By separating finer materials such as dirt, sand, and clay, the Scalpian protects crushers from unnecessary wear, improves plant efficiency, and helps deliver a cleaner, more consistent end product.
